What data we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the data you enter yourself:
- full name,
- e-mail address,
- phone number (optional),
- the content of your message.
Together with the message we store the IP address it was sent from and the language of the page, so that we can protect the form from abuse. We do not use the data for advertising and we do not profile visitors.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data from the contact form only to answer your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote or arrange cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and protecting the website from abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who has access to the data
Messages are stored on the server hosting this website and forwarded to the company e-mail address. Only authorised employees have access to them. Our website hosting and e-mail providers process the data solely on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep the data
We keep the data for as long as necessary to answer your inquiry and for any further business cooperation, or as long as required by law. After that, we delete it.
Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: a session cookie, which remembers the selected language, and a security cookie that protects forms against forged requests. These cookies are deleted when the session ends and do not require consent. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
Third-party services
To display the website correctly, we use the following Google services, which may receive your IP address:
- Google Fonts – to display the fonts on the website,
- Google Maps – the map on the Contact page,
- YouTube – videos are only loaded when you start them.
The processing of data within these services is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability at any time, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to strojotech@gmail.com.
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
